1. The Essery Heritage Residences

The Essery is the largest heritage conversion project currently under construction in Toronto. It is a unique true hard loft conversion project. The building is located at 109 Niagara St. It was first built by William Essery in 1885. This is where pianos, window parts, baby carriages and coffins were manufactured in the late 1800’s.  

The development is scheduled for completion in 2025. Available units range in price from $1,121,990 to $4,349,990, about $1754 per sq ft. 4. Grain Lofts

Grain Lofts at 1650 Dupont: a proposed 6-storey mixed-use condominium building designed by Gabriel Fain Architects Inc for Gairloch Developments on the northeast corner of Dupont Street and Osler Street, in Junction Triangle. Grain Lofts is a boutique building with only 28 suites.  Each suite will feature a private terrace or/and balcony.
